Welcome to Thamani. These terms are the agreement between you and Modulab for using the Thamani app and website. By using Thamani, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
Thamani helps you see fair market prices for food and household goods across Nigerian markets, ask a price assistant in plain language, and report prices you've seen. It is an information tool — not a shop, a payment service, or financial advice.
Many prices in Thamani are AI-estimated and refined by real shoppers. They are a fair reference, not a quoted or guaranteed price. Real prices move with season, fuel, the naira, and the specific seller. Always confirm at the market before you buy. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a displayed price.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and don't use Thamani to break the law or to harm the service or other people.
When you submit a price or photo, you confirm it's genuine and that you have the right to share it. Submissions are reviewed before they affect the prices others see, and we may edit or reject any submission. By submitting, you grant us a licence to use that contribution to operate and improve Thamani.
The in-app assistant uses AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat its answers as helpful guidance, not professional or guaranteed advice. Free plans include a limited number of questions in a given period; limits may change.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where subscriptions are offered, they are billed through the app stores (Apple or Google) under their terms; renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled there.
We're improving Thamani constantly, so features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may suspend or end access if these terms are misused. We may also update these terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the date above.
